Yes, I will not share what we talked about with anyone. We can cover this in more detail during our first session.

As in any partnership, we will do our best to work through your challenges together as a team. If we find that our sessions are not working for you, I can make recommendations and provide you with other options to explore on your own.

Therapy works primarily with the past to help you work through traumas or issues that made you the person you are today.

Coaching is a partnership & is forward-looking. We may talk about past life events, but as a team we will work to build your plan for success. I follow evidenced-based counseling best practices. I am more than happy to work with you and your therapist's recommendation.
